In the interest of keeping things fresh, I'm going to do another Depeche Mode post. Don't even start with me, y'all - it's not my fault the blogosphere has been sleeping like all freakin' week! (That being said, "resident badass" Josh from Touch and Go did end up sending over some material, and I hope to bring you guys something new from All The Saints soon. Sheffield is a great song, right? Seriously - y'all have no idea...! Fire On Corridor X will absolutely be worth your hard-earned coin.) "Dangerous" is (in my humble opinion) Depeche Mode's most outstanding b-side ever. For real - I'm a little confused as to why it wasn't included on the proper Violator release. Every so often I go through phases where Depeche Mode takes over a lot of my drive to go out and listen to new stuff. In the interest of helping initiate another one of these phases, do me a favor and grab this. (No Depeche-period will ever come close to my sophomore year of college, though - that was literally my "Depeche Year").
Depeche Mode - "Dangerous"
Keep checking in regarding this insane tour they're doing; U.S. dates ought to go up relatively soon...
[Note: Thought y'all might appreciate this. So my FEEDJIT widget allows me to see how/when people have arrived at/left my blog, right? I did a post a while back on Rye Rye's "Hardcore Girls" track (you can totally see where this is going, right?), and someone stumbled upon the post just now. "Herndon, Virginia arrived from google.com on "Sound of Air: Hardcore Girls" by searching for Hardcor girles with animles." The internets are a scary place...]
